The annual membership fee is $50.00. Any additional donations given to the temple will be credited to your account and applied towards your life membership, which is attained after donating an accumulated total of $10,000. The membership is good for the calendar year only: January to December. All donations are tax-deductible. Your continued support is greatly needed and appreciated.
Please remember to report any change in your membership data to Temple Treasurer. For your convenience, Change of Address forms are available on the bulletin board in the temple lobby. Please also remember to include a brief description of all check donations types (i.e. membership fee, etc.) on the memo line. The temple tries hard to keep an accurate database. With your help, we can make this happen.
If you are a temple member, and you have moved since completing your last membership application, please inform the Temple Treasurer. The temple tries hard to keep an accurate list of members. We need your help to make it happen. Please fill our your membership applications neatly and accurately. And please inform the temple when you move or have any change in your membership data. Inaccurate names and addresses create postage expenses when newsletters, end-of-year donation summary letters, calendars, etc., are undeliverable.
If an item is sent to your house and you notice an error on the address label, please take the time to correct it. We depend on you to keep your data correct. For your convenience, change of address forms are available on the bulletin board in the temple lobby. |
