The Mission of Hindu Temple is to provide a place of worship and to serve the religious, spiritual, cultural and educational needs of the Hindu community, while embracing the wider community in the spirit of inclusivity and diversity to foster mental, physical and emotional well-being for broader community.
The first & basic tenet that Hinduism preaches is “Vasudevam Kutumbakam” - The World is one Family To achieve this Mission, Hindu Temple is established with the following objectives in mind:
1. To serve the religious, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the Hindu community.
2. To design temple activities that inculcate and nurture Hindu heritage among its members, children, and the wider community.
3. To promote the universality of all religions, as espoused by Hinduism, by welcoming practitioners of other religions and faiths to attend and participate in temple activities and programs.
4. To base all temple activities and programs on the teachings and precepts of Hinduism.
